Maggie Walker Weddings
Maggie Walker is a Wedding and Events planner serving the Southeast. She’s passionate about being people’s wedding BFF as they prepare for their big day.
Although Maggie is a creative person, she came to us for help creating a professional brand. She wanted something timeless and versatile that exuded her business’ values.
The Process
Maggie knew she didn’t want anything floral or script, typical of many in her industry. Instead, she wanted something clean and modern that represented her business.
Her business is named after her and she is the sole planner, so her intensity and professionalism was important for us to capture. There were several concepts explored, such as the tradition of a dime in the brides shoe, and illustrative watercolor typography.
In the end we landed on an abstracted W made of three shapes. These three shapes represent her in relation to the couple. That in pair with the classic typeface and rich jewel tones really captures Maggie’s ideal audience.
